A LITTLE BIT
ABOUT OUR
STUDIO
We specialise in showcasing a diverse range of functional art and what we love doing is taking these ancient, traditional techniques and giving them a fresh look so they actually fit into a modern home.

We partner with independent heritage artists across China, and our collection is a celebration of humanity and artistry, inviting you to explore the unique narratives behind each creation.

About me

My 'business pawtner'
To me, home is the one place where the world’s "rat race" stops—a sanctuary where I can live by my own rhythm. I spend hours intentionally decorating every corner, finding a quiet warmth in the way the morning sun hits a curated shelf. I believe the objects should be as interesting and characteristic as the people who use them.

Creative Vision
Empowering Humanity
A design only truly breathes when touched by a human hand. Our countryside workshops partner with studios that empower local women—providing the training and fair wages they need to become the master painters of our original designs.
Our Philosophy
Preserving Heritage
Our "technology" is over a thousand years old. We work exclusively in the workshops of the Chinese countryside. Here, we use the same techniques that have defined porcelain for centuries.
We believe in the power of storytelling through art. Our projects reflect a unique blend of aesthetics and conceptual depth, inviting viewers to engage with each piece on a personal level.
Our Artists

Ye Jing
Trained oil painter Ye Jing left Shanghai for her home village in Fujian to found an independent ceramics studio, dreaming of building a creative art haven that empowers local women.

JunLan
By day an elder care professional and by night a ceramicist, Junlan crafts handmade pottery that celebrates organic imperfections, believing these vessels hold both tea and human emotion.

Bella
Former fashion designer turned interdisciplinary artist Bella, currently studying at RISD and mentored by Ken Malson, creates diverse mixed-media and ceramic works inspired by fashion textiles, vibrant art markets, and the rural landscapes of Jingdezhen.
